1497-2026: To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer funds between projects within the Streets & Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the City Auditor to appropriate $324,456.00 within the Federal Transportation Grants Fund; to authorize the City Attorney's Office, Real Estate Division, to contract for professional services relative to the acquisition of fee simple title and lesser interests in and to property needed for the Bikeway - SR161 - Sawmill to Thompson project; to authorize the City Attorney's Office, Real Estate Division, to negotiate with property owners to acquire the additional rights of way necessary to complete this project; to authorize the expenditure of $1,324,456.00 from the Streets & Highways Bond Fund and the Federal Transportation Grant Fund; and to declare an emergency.
