1270-2023: To authorize an amendment to the 2022 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of cash between projects within the Water PayGo Fund; to authorize the appropriation of funds within the Water Revolving Loan Fund and within the Water PayGo Fund; to authorize a waiver of the competitive bidding requirements for construction; to authorize the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a professional services and construction services contract with Synagro Central for the Water Treatment Residuals Turnkey Dewatering Services project; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $47,000,000.00 from the Water Revolving Loan Fund and the Water PayGo Fund for the contract.
