1046-2025: To approve the Memorandum of Understanding #2025-02 executed between representatives of the City of Columbus and Fraternal Order of Police, Capital City Lodge #9, which credits prior law enforcement service, as defined in the MOU, and places lateral entry police officers and reemployed police officers in the pay plan and designates how the officers advance through the pay plan, in accordance with the credit of their prior law enforcement service as provided in the attachment hereto; and to declare an emergency.
