26-1216: Amends and revises Denver Revised Municipal Code (DRMC), Chapter 28, Article III, V, VII by repealing and reenacting a new Article III, Article V, and Article VII establishing Division of Small Business Opportunity (DSBO) and its programs for advancing equitable access to public contracting for minority-owned, women-owned, and small business enterprises.
