2023-2120: Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to execute necessary documents for the transmission of a drainage easement, temporary construction easement, and utility easement to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (“PennDOT”) over certain parcels in the 14th Ward, in lieu of eminent domain, in order to facilitate advancement of PennDOT’s Commercial Street Bridge Replacement Project at no cost to the City.
