To qualify for a land division, the property must meet all the requirements of the State of Michigan's Land Division Act of 1967, as amended. the property must also meet the requirements of the Ionia County Addressing Ordinance of 2000, and Boston Township's Land Division Ordinance No. 99-2, as amended.
