3232-2022: To authorize the Director of Development to modify a grant agreement in an amount up to $1,500,000.00 with Alvis, Inc. to advance the planning, design and construction of additional space to continue providing residential reentry space treatment and services; to authorize the reimbursement of expenses incurred prior to the purchase order; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,500,000.00; to authorize the City Auditor to appropriate and transfer funds from the Special Income Tax Fund to the Northland & Other Acquisitions fund; to appropriate funds within the Northland & Other Acquisitions fund; and to declare an emergency.
