2025-1441: Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter into an agreement or agreements with Merante Contracting Incorporated to provide access to City of Pittsburgh-owned parcels 26-E-301, 26-E-302, 26-E-303, 26-E-304, and 26-E-305 to support the replacement and rehabilitation of portions of the existing retaining wall supporting Ruthven Street above the Pittsburgh Regional Transit Martin Luther King Busway and to replace various sewer infrastructure in the vicinity, at no cost to the City.
