2025-2025: To amend various agreements within the HOPWA Program as well as loan packages within the HOME and or HOME-ARP programs, to allow for new language to be inserted into the documents from the Columbus City Attorney’s Office as well as allow for any current modifications needed to address federal regulation or policy changes or updates to the existing documents for compliance purposes; and to authorize for future modifications to be authorized without having to go back to City Council if/when federal regulations or policies change to assure the City is in compliance; and to declare an emergency.
