1209-2025: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a Grant Agreement in an amount up to $2,000,000.00 with the Mid-Ohio Foodbank dba Mid-Ohio Food Collective for the Mid-Ohio Food Collective - Eastland Prosperity Center project; to authorize the appropriation of funds within the Income Set Aside Subfund and the Development Taxable Bonds Fund; to authorize the transfer of cash between the Income Tax Set Aside Subfund and the Development Taxable Bond Fund; to authorize the expenditure of up to $2,000,000.00 within the Development Taxable Bond Fund; and to allow for the reimbursement of expenditures prior to the purchase order.
