CB 120648: AN ORDINANCE relating to Seattle Parks and Recreation; authorizing the acquisition of real property commonly known as 9200 18th Ave SW; authorizing acceptance of a recording of the deed for open space, park, and recreation purposes; amending Ordinance 126725, which adopted the 2023 Budget, including the 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program; changing appropriations to various departments and budget control levels, and from various funds in the Budget; making an appropriation from the Park and Recreation Fund for acquisition and related costs; and ratifying and confirming certain prior acts; all by a 3/4 vote of the City Council.
