2705-2024: To authorize and direct the City Auditor to establish an auditor’s certificate in the amount of $140,000.00 for the purchase of trees and nursery stock for the Recreation and Parks Department; to authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Recreation and Parks Department, to associate all general budget reservations resulting from this ordinance to current and future purchase agreements for trees and nursery stock and establish purchase orders in accordance with the terms and conditions of the citywide universal term contract with Acorn Farms, Inc.; to authorize the expenditure of more than $100,000.00 from an individual universal term contract by a single agency in a calendar year in compliance with the procurement provisions of the Columbus City Code; and to authorize the expenditure of $140,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Tree Fund.
