2460-2025: To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a professional services contract with OHM Advisors, Inc., for the East Broad Street Area Water Line Improvements project; to authorize an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to make this ordinance contingent upon approval of a loan from the Ohio Water Development Authority; to appropriate funds within the Water - Fresh Water Market Rate Fund; to and to authorize the expenditure of up to $361,486.46 from the Water - Fresh Water Market Rate Fund.
