0963-2024: To authorize the Director of the Department of Neighborhoods to enter into grant agreements with Hilltop Rise Economic Community Development Corporation, Greater Linden Business Network and Franklinton Development Association, in alignment with the One Linden and Envision Hilltop Plans, effective January 1, 2024; to authorize the expenditure from the general fund; to authorize the payment for reasonable food and non-alcoholic beverages for participants of programs. Costs will not exceed $15 per person and any purchase of alcohol is strictly prohibited; and to declare an emergency. ($147,800.00)
