3233-2021: To amend the 2021 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of cash and appropriation between projects within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into agreements with and to provide funding to the Ohio Department of Transportation relative to the FRA-270-6.17 project, PID 104977, also known as the Bridge Rehabilitation - Sullivant Ave. (SUP) over IR-270 project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $250,000.00 to support that project; and to declare an emergency.
