1214-2022: To authorize the Director of the Department of Neighborhoods to enter into a not for profit service contract in an amount up to $150,000.00 with the Neighborhood Design Center (NDC) for the period of May 1, 2022 through July 31, 2023 to administer a neighborhood beautification grant program.; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $150,000.00 from the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund; and to declare an emergency.
