24-0729: A bill for an ordinance designating certain properties as being required for public use and authorizing use and acquisition thereof by negotiation or through condemnation proceedings of fee simple, easement and other interests, including any rights and interests related or appurtenant to properties designated as needed for the Sidewalk Gap Project-Globeville including sidewalks between East 47th Avenue and Interstate 70 on North Thompson Court. Approves a land acquisition located at approximately East 47th Avenue and Interstate 70 on North Thompson Court by granting authority to acquire through negotiated purchase or condemnation all or any portion of any property interest needed for the Sidewalk Gap Project-Globeville including sidewalks between East 47th Avenue and Interstate 70 on North Thompson Court.
