2024-1303: Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning Code, Article I, Introduction and Establishment, Section 902.03, Zoning Map, to rezone parcels bounded by Neville Street, Forbes Avenue, S Bellefield Avenue, and Bigelow Boulevard in the North Oakland neighborhood from RM-M, RM-VH (Multi-Unit Residential, Moderate and Very High Density), OPR-B (Oakland Public Realm, Subdistrict B), SP-7 (Specially Planned District 7), UI (Urban Industrial), and H (Hillside) to Urban Center Employment (UC-E) and Urban Center Mixed Use (UC-MU) in the North Oakland neighborhood.
