2025-1665: Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering, Final Design, Right of Way, and Construction phases of the Liberty Ave Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP); providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Twelve Million Nine Hundred Five Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars ($12,905,556.00) an increase of Five Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($5,400,000.00) from the previously authorized amount; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed Twenty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($29,700.00), an increase of Twenty Four Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($24,200.00) from the previously authorized amount (600 of 2023). Future Resolutions will authorize the project specific agreements.
