3035-2023: To authorize the Director of the Recreation and Parks Department to enter into contract with Builderscape, Inc. for the West Franklinton Parks Project; to authorize the appropriation of $400,000.00 within the CDBG-CV Fund in accordance with the City’s U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) 2020 Annual Action Plan as approved by Council; to authorize the expenditure of $1,438,000.00 from the CDBG-CV Fund and Recreation and Parks Voted Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
