2088-2025: To amend Ordinance No. 0819-2025, passed by Columbus City Council on April 21, 2025 for the purpose of revising the funding source from the HOME Grant to the Department of Development’s general fund budget as well as the agreement type from a Subrecipient Not-for-Profit Service Contract to a Not-for-Profit Service Contract, to authorize the transfer between object classes; and declare an emergency.
