0656-2025: To authorize and direct the Director of the Department of Recreation and Parks to increase a not-for-profit service contract with the Franklin County Commissioners, doing business as the Franklin County Office on Aging, to provide social and nutrition services to older adults in Central Ohio for the period of January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025; and to authorize the expenditure of $90,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund; and to declare an emergency.
