2127-2023: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a professional services contract with Futurety LLC in an amount up to $100,000.00 for web application development, digital marketing campaign management, analysis, and reporting; to authorize the expenditure of up to $100,000.00 from the 2023 General Fund Operating Budget; to waive the competitive bidding requirements of Columbus City Code Chapter 329; to allow for expenditures prior to the execution of the purchase order, and to declare an emergency.
