Home Services General Info Government Code & Zoning Contact Us A Home Rule Township of the First Class Records & Reports Police reports, including complaint verification & incident reports, can be obtained either in person or via U.S. Mail. Wilkes-Barre Twp. Police Records Department 150 Watson Street Wilkes-Barre Twp. PA 18702 Reports can be obtained in person, Monday - Friday, 9am to 3:30pm (excluding normal holidays). Fees for reports are as follows: Complaint Reports - $5.00 Incident Reports* - $25.00 Non-Reportable Crash Reports (copy of information exchange) - $15.00 Non-Reportable Crash Reports (forms AA45 & AA500) - $15.00 Reportable Crash Reports - $15.00 Departmental Records Check - $10.00 Fingerprint Requests - $20.00 All Fees must be paid at the time of reception. For information regarding police reports, please contact our records department at (570) 208-4635 ext. 111 (*) - Certain restrictions may apply to the release of police incident reports. Township Administration Wilkes-Barre Township Police Department has digitized its vehicle crash (accident) reports through a partnership with the Carfax Police Crash Assistance Program. The reports are stored electronically in a secure database and available online for purchase at a cost of $15.00 by clicking the banner below. You will then be taken to a page where you can enter your report number, date of accident and last name to purchase with a credit card and view the report immediately. Non-Reportable Crash Reports (Forms AA45 & AA500) and Reportable Crash Reports are the only reports available for purchase online. Additionally, Crashdocs has Customer Service support available to all report purchasers in the event that your report is not found online. We ask that you contact them first through their website. They will assist in locating your report or contacting us for a status update. Please note that it takes (typically) 5-7 days from the date of the accident for reports to show up in the system.
