2025-1637: Resolution in support of fostering distraction-free learning environments and supporting student mental health in Boston Public Schools by establishing a District-wide "Bell-to-Bell" policy to support limited use of mobile phones and personal devices. On motion of Councilors Santana and Weber, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Pepén as an original co-sponsor. On motion of Councilors Santana, Weber and Pepén, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
