BL2025-1143: An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by amending the River North Urban Design Overlay District for various properties located on Cowan Street, Waterside Drive, Oldham Street, North 1st Street, River North Boulevard, Spring Street, and Cowan Court (165.21 acres) to update the Regulating Plan and corresponding subdistrict designations, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2017UD-005-011).
