2711-2022: To approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) #2022-09 executed between representatives of the City of Columbus and American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Ohio Council 8, Local 1632, which increases the pay range of the Equipment Operator I and II classifications and the pay range of incumbent employees in those classifications; and to declare an emergency.
