2024-0015: NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the significant City service of Celia Behrend Liss and congratulates her on her retirement; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, January 2, 2024, to be “CELIA BEHREND LISS DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.
