2775-2023: To authorize the Director of Development to enter into an amendment to the Annexation Agreement entered into between the city and Blendon Township on June 22, 2021 and subsequently amended by ordinance 2445-2022 passed September 12, 2022 in order to include two additional parcels unintentionally omitted from the agreement, and upon execution of the amendment to the agreement, to submit a petition to the Board of Commissioners of Franklin County requesting a change in the boundary lines of Montgomery Township so as to make the boundary lines identical with the corporate limits of the city of Columbus ($0.00)
