2025-2576: Resolution providing for a Supplemental Agreement or Agreements with KCI Technologies Inc. for costs associated with Final Design phase of the 28th Street Bridge project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Two Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Three Dollars and Eighty-Six Cents ($2,258,523.86), an increase of One Million Two Hundred Forty-One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($1,241,590.99) from the previously executed agreement.
