2007-2023: To authorize and direct the City Auditor to transfer $58,400.00 within the Development Services Fund; to authorize and direct the City Auditor to transfer $58,400.00 from the Development Services Fund to the City's Special Purpose Fund; to authorize an appropriation in the City's Special Purpose Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Building and Zoning Services to enter into a not-for-profit service contract with Columbus City Schools to develop curriculum for career-based training programs and provide students with tool kits and personal protective equipment; and to authorize an expenditure from the Special Purpose Fund, Construction Trades Education Program Subfund.
