2802-2023: To enact, amend, and repeal various sections of Chapter 4309 of the Columbus City Codes to update requirements for when a traffic study is required, what level of study is required, and how to address pedestrian safety improvements within the right-of-way; and to authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to promulgate rules and regulations thereunder.
