(43235), by amending Section 1 of Ordinance #1531-87 to include the legal description for this specific property, and by repealing Section 1 of Ordinance #2724-2003 and replacing it with new Section 3 thereby modifying the required CPD setbacks along State Route 161, and to declare an emergency (Rezoning # Z87-1435C).
