23-1317: A resolution approving and providing for the execution of a proposed Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the United States of America Department of Housing and Urban Development concerning the “Continuum of Care - Spectrum” program and the funding therefor. Approves a grant agreement with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for $1,053,953 and 1 year to fund the Continuum of Care Spectrum Program to provide permanent supportive housing through: Urban Peak, serving youth; The Empowerment Program serving formerly justice involved women and trans people; and Saint Francis Center serving seniors, citywide (HOST-202370192).
