1540-2024: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a not-for-profit services contract with the Franklinton Special Improvement District of Columbus, Inc. (the “Franklinton SID”) to provide funding to the Franklinton SID to cause the creation of a public realm plan for capital improvement investments within Franklinton; to authorize the transfer and appropriation of funds within the West Edge I TIF Fund; to authorize the transfer and appropriation of funds within the General Fund; to authorize the expenditure of $150,000.00 from the General Fund and the West Edge I TIF Fund pursuant to the terms and conditions of the contract.
