2539-2023: To authorize the Director of Development to modify a contract with Concord Buckeye Hotel LLC in an amount up to $29,000.00 to provide hotel services for recipients of the Lead Safe Columbus Grant Program; to extend the contract for one additional year; to authorize the expenditure of up to $23,000.00 from the General Government Grant Fund; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $6,000.00 from the General Fund.
