1822-2024: To authorize and direct the Administrative and Presiding Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to accept a grant award from The Supreme Court of Ohio; to appropriate $100,000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the general government grant fund to provide OCSS upgrades; to authorize the expenditure of $100,000.00 from the general government grant fund; to authorize the Administrative and Presiding Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to enter into contract with StepMobile, LLC as a sole source provider according to Chapter 329 of the City Code; to authorize the expenditure of up to $100,000.00 from the grant funds.
