25-1531: A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Waste Management of Colorado, Inc. and Waste Management Disposal Services of Colorado, Inc. for the disposal of City generated non-municipal solid waste at the city-owned Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site. Amends a contract with Waste Management of Colorado, Inc. (WMC) and Waste Management Disposal Services of Colorado, Inc. (WMDS) to add $25,000,000.00 for a new total of $50,000,000.00 and add five years for a new end date of 12-31-2030 for the disposal of non-municipal solid waste, including construction, industrial, remedial rubbish, debris, clean dirt, and other waste materials generated by the city at the city-owned Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site, citywide (ENVHL-202053770/ESEQD-202578662-01).
