1267-2025: To authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into contract with Zero Waste Event Productions LLC to provide on-site recycling sorting, compost collections and material processing coordination during the 2025 Jazz & Rib Festival, CBUS Soul Fest and WinterFest Columbus; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $53,454.99 from the Recreation and Parks Special Purpose Fund 2223 and to waive competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Code ($53,454.99) and to declare an emergency.
