24-1153: A resolution approving and providing for the execution of a proposed Grant Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency concerning the “Environmental Justice Government-to-Government Cooperative Agreement Competitive EPA Grant” for the Healthy Homes Electrification program and the funding therefor. Approves a federal grant from the Environmental Protection Agency for $1,000,000 and through 8-1-2027 for implementation of a Healthy Homes Electrification Program to fund home electrification and weatherization retrofits for household with critical needs, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from income-qualified homes, improvements to indoor air quality, and reduction of exposure to pollutants or those living with chronic respiratory and health conditions in Council Districts 8 and 9 (CASR-202475479).
