DORY CO. for the Vision Zero - East Broad Demonstration project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,011,412.33 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund and the Federal Transportation Grants Fund for the project; to repay any unused grant funds at the end of the grant period; and to declare an emergency.
