RS2025-1298: A resolution accepting a grant from the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to the Metropolitan Government, acting by and through the Davidson County Juvenile Court, to implement a Safe Baby Court program, an evidence-based specialized infant and toddler court that uses the science of early childhood development to meet the urgent needs of infants, toddlers, and their families.
