2023-2190: Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code at Title Four: Article I, Chapter 424: CITY EMPLOYEE PARKING, Section 424.03 PARKING REGULATIONS, to transfer responsibility for parking regulations to the Director of the Department of Human Resources & Civil Service and enable the establishment of a uniform employee parking policy at no cost to the City.
