2026-0259: Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a supplemental agreement or agreements with Trans Associates Engineering Consultants, Inc. for Services During Construction for the Penn Ave Phase 2 Reconstruction Project at a cost thereof, not to exceed One Million Seven Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Five Dollars and Fifty-Six Cents ($1,743,305.56), an increase of One Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Nine Dollars and Eleven Cents ($178,939.11) from the previously executed agreement, reimbursable at 80%.
