3550-2024: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a grant agreement with Community Shelter Board (CSB) in an amount not to exceed $300,000.00 to provide operational funding for the purpose of supporting extreme weather services; to authorize an appropriation and expenditure of $300,000.00 within the Neighborhood Initiatives Subfund; to authorize the purchase of food and non-alcoholic beverages; to allow for advanced payments on a predetermined schedule; to allow for the reimbursement of expenses incurred prior to the PO; and to declare an emergency.
