25-1638: A resolution concerning Electric Vehicle Charging Systems. Establishes that the City and County of Denver does not intend to adopt an ordinance or resolution in accordance with C.R.S. Sections 31-23-316(2)(a)(I) or 31-23-316(2)(a)(II) and that the City and County of Denver will continue to utilize the existing permitting review process for electric vehicle charger permit applications.
