3089-2022: To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a grant agreement with Columbus Sister Cities International, Inc. in an amount up to $50,000.00 for the purpose of promoting business, government, cultural, educational and environmental exchanges through mission trips involving official delegations supporting long-term economic development; to authorize the expenditure of $50,000.00 from the 2022 General Fund Budget and to approve expenditures incurred prior the approval of the purchase order; and to declare an emergency.
