2807-2025: To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to enter into contract with Orchard, Hiltz & McCliment, Inc. for the Bikeway - Broad Street Urban Trail - Washington Avenue to Alum Creek Trail project; and to authorize the expenditure of $1,875,000.00 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund.
