2588-2024: To authorize the Department of Development to enter into a grant agreement with The Columbus Urban League Ohio in support of Empowerment Day 2024, celebrating businesses and community leaders championing change and paving the way for equitable economic and social impact; to reimburse related expenses prior to the creation of the purchase order; and to authorize the transfer and expenditure of $10,000.00 from the 2024 General Fund Operating Budget.
