1551-2021: To authorize the appropriation of funds within the Brewery District I TIF Debt Service Fund; to transfer cash between the Brewery District I TIF Debt Service Fund and the Brewery District I TIF Capital Fund; to authorize the appropriation of funds within the Brewery District I TIF Capital Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Complete General Construction for the Roadway Improvements - Short Street - Liberty Street to Sycamore Street project; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of up to $1,110,868.32 from the Brewery District I TIF Capital Fund for the project; and to declare an emergency.
